About Car Parking Simulator
Car Parking Simulator turns parking into a series of compact puzzles. Each of its 39 levels shows a car park or loading yard from above, with your vehicle at the start, obstacles around it and a marked bay somewhere ahead. A guiding arrow points the way. Reach the bay without touching anything, stop inside the lines and you pass.
The developer, DarkPlay, varies the challenge by changing what you drive. Early levels use an ordinary saloon, but later ones bring in larger vehicles, up to trucks pulling trailers, which turn wider and need far more planning.
How to play Car Parking Simulator
Choosing a level
After the title screen, the play button opens a grid of levels with three empty stars beneath each. Level 1 is open straight away; the others unlock in order. A Continue screen appears before each level begins.
Controls and gears
Steer and drive with the arrow keys or W, A, S and D on a computer, or the on-screen controls on a phone. The gear lever at the top right switches between D for drive, P for park and R for reverse. The first level shows a large arrow pointing at the lever so you know where it is.
Stars and failure
The level is complete when the car is inside the bay and you have earned at least one star. Touching an obstacle fails the attempt, so slow, careful driving is the best strategy. Replay any level to improve its stars.
Tips for clean parking
- Read the whole layout first. Find the bay and plan the approach before you move.
- Creep forward. At low speed, small steering corrections are easy; at high speed, they are not.
- Reverse into tight bays. Like a real car, the vehicle pivots more sharply when reversing.
- Use the arrow. It shows the direction of the bay, which is easy to lose when you are concentrating on obstacles.
- Take trailers wide. The trailer cuts inside the truck's path on every turn.
Your first levels
The first levels use an ordinary car in a simple yard, with the bay a short drive away. Use them to learn the gear lever and to see how tightly the car turns in reverse. Aim for three stars on these easy levels before moving on: the habits you build there make the trailer levels far more manageable.
How it compares with other parking games
Car Parking Simulator sits between a pure puzzle and a driving game: there is real steering, but every level is small enough to plan in your head. If you prefer full 3D driving, try Car Parking 3D or the timed challenges of Precision Parking Pro. For a game where you plan routes instead of steering, play Parking Journey.
